A Welcome from the CEO Himself

[The IWA logo appears on a black screen. The Amped promo then begins to roll as the theme plays in the background. Several IWA Superstars are show in a collage of violence. We then cut to inside the arena where pyros explode above the ring and on the stage. The camera pans the audience inside the Gund Arena before stopping on the announce team at ringside.]

Heenan: Hello, all, and welcome to IWA Amped!

Ross: What a hectic week it’s been in the International Wrestling Alliance. We’ve seen people come, people go, fights occur. It’s been a weird one. But tonight we put all that to rest and step in the ring.

King: And let’s not forget the CEO is scheduled to appear tonight.

[“Giving In” by Adema hits in the arena. The fans get on their feet and cheers as CEO Chris Mathews steps out onto the stage. He pulls a microphone from his sports coat and motions to cut his music.]

Mathews: Hello, Cleveland!

[The fans pop.]

Mathews: Now I’m not one to waste valuable time so I’ll get right down to it. The last month or so have been very hectic as far as the World title goes. Owen and Thunder definitely have unfinished business, Double H has returned with Thunder in his sights, Terra has joined the fray and actually taken the World title, and now Thunder has stolen the World title. So what am I to do? Well step number one is getting a few things settled tonight. That’s why I’m ordering a 60-day no interference rule on the main event tonight. All OCnWo members are banned from ringside and the Trio and Rain are banned from ringside. There MUST be a winner.

[The fans pop.]

Mathews: Step number two… Double H, you want a piece of Thunder for no apparent reason? You’re going to have to earn your shot at the current number one contender to the World title. You have to do that by redeeming yourself in a sledgehammer match! Yes, Double H, in order to step in the ring with Thunder, you have to defeat… VENOM!

[The crowd explodes with cheers at the thought of seeing Double H and Venom go at it in a sledgehammer match.]

Mathews: But then there’s Owen Hart. Owen still has to get back at Thunder for taking his manager. Understandable. But in order to get at Thunder you have to go through Vinny “the Chin” Esposito first! The Can-It Connection will do battle next week.

[The crowd pops again.]

Mathews: Now Thunder, you want a rematch with Terra for the World title? Well that I can actually do. You two will headline the Ground Zero pay-per-view scheduled for April 7th! Thank you, that is all.

[“Giving In” hits again and the CEO disappears backstage.]

Who’s Attacking the OC?

(We’re taken out to the front entrance of the arena. A black Limousine rolls by and parks. The doors open up and both HHBK and Terra step out.)

HHBK: Never though I’d see the day I would team up with Owen against Thunder.

Terra: Save a little bit of him for me. That bastard Thunder still has my belt.

(The two enter the arena and go to their OCnWo locker room. They enter to a pitch black room. HHBK turns the lights on to find… Verona and Wolvesbane lying on the floor.)

HHBK: My god! Vic, Wolvesbane. Guys are you all right?

(Terra and HHBK check on the Outsyders. They help them up. Verona is a beaten up and Wolvesbane is still a bit dizzy.)

HHBK: Verona what the hell happened?

Verona: I don’t know man. We were waiting for you guys. Then all of a sudden the lights went out and someone jumped us from behind.

Wolvesbane: We couldn’t tell who attacked us. But it’s more than one that’s for sure.

(HHBK starts to get a little irritated and stands up.)

HHBK: It’s no secret that everyone has got a problem with the OC being here. But who’d be stupid enough to attack us.

It's coming... "Bombshell" by Powerman 5000 plays as the Ground Zero promo rolls.

Fink - Ladies and Gentleman, coming to the ring first, this is Anthony Brown!

[[ The fans have mixed reactions as Who We Be by DMX plays, Anthony Brown is seen in the entrance way. He strikes a few poses and he makes his way to the ring. He awaits the arrival of his opponent. ]]

Fink - And next, NSW Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels!

[[ The fans cheer as the Sexy Boy/You Rock My World mix starts up. HBK, accompanied by Jenny starts walking to the ring. He gives the fans some high fives before jumping into the ring and posing. ]]

Fink - And the special guest referee, Bazooka!

[[ The fans once again have mixed reactions as Bazooka, in his black and white stripped referee shirt comes to the ring. He towers over Shawn and makes Ant look pretty small too. They all look at one another before the bell rings. ]]

Jerry Lawler - Hmm, what was that?

Jim Ross - Who knows... I think he'll call the match right down the middle.

Bobby Heenan - I don't...

[[ The Ant quickly gets Shawn in a headlock. Shawn grabs The Ant's arm and lowers it to his neck then starts swinging his arms like a mad man. Bazooka makes Ant release the hold. ]]

Bobby Heenan - Ha!

[[ The Ant then grabs Shawn by the waist and throws him down. ]]

Bobby Heenan - Oww..

[[ Shawn gets up and charges at Ant, pushing him to the turnbuckle. He gives the Ant a few chops and a left to the chin. The Ant powers out of the corner and starts nailing HBK. HBK thumbs Ant in the eye, Bazooka gets between the two and warns Shawn. Shawn and Ant hook up, The Ant swings behind Shawn and gets him with a atomic drop, Shawn goes down, Ant picks HBK up by the hair then when he turns around Ant takes him down with a clothesline. He goes for a pin but Bazooka counts a semi-fast two count. ]]

Jerry Lawler - What the hell was that!?

Bobby Heenan - He was counting fast!

Jim Ross - No he wasn't... That was just a tad fast.. A rookie mistake. Remember, this is Bazooka's first time as a referee.

[[ Shawn gets up and catches Ant mid-air with a shoulder butt. Shawn gets up as the fans cheer, he stomps his feet to the ground and goes for Sweet Chin Music but misses, The Ant turns around and hits HBK with an elbow. Jenny grabs Ant's foot as he trys to run at Shawn. Bazooka starts yelling at Jenny. ]]

Jim Ross - Why is Shawn cheating?

Bobby Heenan - He's just trying to make Bazooka mad I think

[[ Shawn starts stomping on Anthony, He picks Anthony up by the hair and scoop slams him. Anthony gets up and blocks a right hand from HBK, he kicks HBK in the knee then takes him down with a suplex, he hooks the leg and goes for a pin but HBK kicks out immediatley. ]]

Jerry Lawler - Hmmmmmm

[[ Shawn and Ant are both up at the same time again, Ant ducks a clothesline, he then follows up on Shawn knocking him out of the ring. Anthony also goes outside the ring. Bazooka starts the count. 1. Shawn takes Anthony's head and runs it into the guard rails, Anthony stumbles back then hits HBK with a running knee hit, Shawn goes down. 2. He picks Shawn up and puts him on his shoulder then drops him on the guard rails. 3. ]]

Jim Ross - Ant showing good offense.

[[ 4. Shawn goes down holding his chin where he hit. 5. He slowly gets up but Ant kicks him down. 6. Ant lets Shawn get to his feet. 7. Ant throws HBK in the ring. 8. Ant gets on the apron but Jenny pulls him off. 9, Ant kicks Jenny away and quickly slides in the ring. Shawn attacks Anthony as he gets to his feet with some hits to the back of the head, Shawn side walk slams him in mid air, then hooks the leg. 1 2. Bazooka does another semi-fast count. ]]

Jerry Lawler - What the hell?! Again?

Jim Ross - He's obviously not doing it on purpose....

[[ The Ant gets up a little frusterated, he turns towards Bazooka. Shawn rolls him up from behind, HBK gets the 3 count. ]]

Bobby Heenan - ... That was a little fast.

[[ Sexy Boy/You Rock My World begins to play. Shawn rolls out of the ring and exits to the back. ]]

Jim Ross - What is this?

[[ The Ant jumps to his feet confused. He approaches Bazooka and begins questioning him. He slaps his hands together signalling the fast count. Bazooka shrugs, not knowing what he's talking about. He turns away causing the Ant to grab him by the shoulder and turn him around. Ant shoves Bazooka and gets in his face. Bazooka shoves him away. Ant half turns around then charges at Bazooka and spears him. He thenstarts hitting him with lefts and rights. Secruity comes out to pull Anthony off of Bazooka. ]]

Jerry Lawler - Well.....

HERE Terra, Terra, Terra...

[We cut backstage to a hallway. Terra and Trent are walking down the hall, after getting some refreshments. Terra stops in front of his locker room, and opens the door. Trent grabs his arm before he can get inside, and points down the hall. Thunder is slouched against the wall at the end of the hallway, with Terra's world title slung over his shoulder. Terra dashes down the hallway, screaming at Thunder]

Terra - That’s my belt bitch! Now, hand it to the real world champ!!

[Thunder looks at Terra with a confused, befuddled look upon his face. Trent and Terra are running at him full speed. Terra reaches the corner of the hallway, only a few feet from Thunder. He goes beyond the corner of the wall and WHAM!!! A steel pole caps him in the knee. Trent, unable to stop, bowls into Terra, and sprawls on the ground. Vinny steps out from behind the wall. Gwen approaches from the other side, and Thunder stands up. Thunder lays in a few kicks to Terra's gut, before he sees Gwen. Gwen looks sweetly at Thunder, and pulls a sledgehammer from behind her back. Thunder smiles and kicks Trent in the back. Vinny holds Trent down, exposing Trent's shoulder to Thunder. Thunder nods, thankfully, to Vinny. Thunder raises the sledgehammer and then brings it down on Trent's shoulder. Trent screams in agony, and lays, twitching on the floor. Thunder hands Vinny the sledge, puts the world title around his waist, and hoists Terra up. Thunder puts Terra in a fireman's carry position, and walks out of the shot. The scene focuses on Trent, who is still in devastating pain, and then fades to the announce position.]

JR - What the hell did we just see??

King - An stormy devastation!! They took Terra apart!

Heenen - Hello - This is Terra...I'd like to place a 6 am wake up call...

King - He'll never make it!

JR - He'll have to! His match is next!!

Fink - Laides and Gentlemen, this match is set for one fall, with a twenty minute time limit...Introducing first, from the desolate parts unknown, he weighs in at 250 pounds and he ONE of the IWA's resident storms....this is RAIN!!

[The arena fills with boos, but they are quickly covered by sounds of a thunderstorm. the lights dim and "Crawling" by Linkin Park follows the thunderstorm. Rain comes to the top of the rampway, and recieves even more boos. He shrugs them away, and dashes to the ring. He slips into the ring, and waits on his old nemesis, Terra.]

Fink - AAAAaaaaand his oppenent, from Edmonton, AL, Canada, he weighs in at 256 pounds and stands at 6 foot 5, he is a member of the OCnWo, and currently the IWA wwwoooorrrlllldd champion....TERRA!!
["Fire In the Hole" - The OC remix hits, and the fans come to their feet, but Terra does not come out immediately. Nor does Trent. The fans seem confused. The music stops, and now even the referee is confused, Rain breaks out into a grin. "Fire In the Hole" hits again....but after a minute, still no Terra. The music stops, and now the crowd is royally pissed off. Rain perches himself on the rope smugly. He's enjoying not having an oppenent.]

JR - Now what the hell is going on?! Terra should be out here!

King - Maybe the medics got to him...

Heenen - Maybe he was put out with the other trash..

JR - Hah, Not likely! He's our world champ!

Heenen - Thats your story. He won't show..he wants noth---

["FIRE IN THE HOLE" cuts Bobby off, and the fans come to their feet. Third times, a charm, right? From the backstage area, a armani suit clad VINNY THE CHIN walks out to the top of the ramp. He points back to the entryway, in mocking Outsyder fashion. Thunder walks out, world title around his waist, struggling Terra upon his shoulders, and walks to the ring. Thunder dumps Terra into the ring, and gives Rain the high sign. Rain comes down off his perch, returns the high sign and starts stomping Terra viciously.]

JR - What the hell is this?! This is damn sure not fair..

[Thunder and Vinny circle the ring, and watch with delight as Terra is hammered mercilessly. Rain picks up thw world champ, whips him off the ropes and delivers a swift, cocky back elbow. Rain hits two snap suplexes, and a knee to the head of Terra. Terra, still suffering from the steel pole attack, can hardly defend himself. Thunder and Vinny set up a table to watch the match on as Terra is gutted with a knee and then slamed to the mat. The crowd cheers on Terra as Rain drives his elbow into Terra's neck. Terra gets to his feet, back elbows out of a half-hearted sleeper and goes off the ropes. Terra hits a running clothesline, and then another. Rain is staggered back. Fists of fire from Terra.]

JR - FISTS o' FIRE!!

Heenen - Oh shut up.

[Terra throws Rain to the outside, and the referee tells Thunder and Vinny to back off. They stand from the table, as Terra pounds Rain, and plants him on the table. The ref begins to yell at Terra, not to do anything, but Terra ignores him, jumps on the apron, and prepares to jump through Rain and the table!! Vinny grabs the referee, complaining about being yelled at, while Thunder grabs Rain, and pulls him off of the table, as Terra takes flight. Terra crashes through the table, causing one of the legs to break off. Terra grimaces in pain, and staggers to the guardrail. Rain smacks Terra in the face, and turns to Thunder. Thunder nonchalantly hands the broken table leg over to Rain. Rain strangles Terra with the weapon, as Thunder laughs sinisterly in the background. The ref frees himself from Vinny and yells at Rain. Rain tosses the leg to Thunder, and argues with the ref. Vinny throws Terra back into the ring, and Thunder strangles Terra with the table leg, on the apron! Vinny beats on Terra as the referee turns around. The ref screams at Thunder and Vinny, grabbing them both, and shoving them away. Rain sweeps into the ring. but the ref is away, currently ejecting Thunder and Vinny from ringside! Finally, the ref turns around, and Vinny and Thunder retreat to the backstage area, pissed off.]

JR - About damn time!

Heenen - Thats not fair!!

[Terra is down, almost out cold. Rain goes for a pin.. 1..2.. TERRA KICKS OUT! We hear a response from the fans. Rain picks Terra up and puts him on his shoulders and runs him into the turnbuckle, and puts him upside down on the turnbuckle and starts kicking his face. After a while, the Terra falls over on his face. Rain picks him up by the hair and snap mares him, then gets him in a headlock. Terra evetually gets his momentum back and gets to his feet, he gives Rain a few elbows and sends Rain to the ropes, Rain easily shoulder butts Terra down, since Terra is weak from all the @#%$ he's been through. Rain picks Terra up once again, Terra trys to slug him but Rain ducks, he hooks the arm of Terra and takes him down with a flatliner. The impact can be heard echoing throughout the arena. Rain goes for a pin.... He gets ANOTHER two count.]

JR - Is Terra made of steel!?

Heenan - I think so!

Jerry Lawler - Ah!

[We see Rain push the referee, he turns back to Terra and picks him up. Terra comes up with a low blow! Rain sinks to his knees as Terra goes back down to rest.]

JR - C'MON TERRA!!!!

[Rain gets up just as Terra starts to pull himself up from the ropes. As Rain nears Terra kicks him in the knee, then gives it all he's got with a clothesline, knocking Rain down. The two are now both down. They both slowly start to get up, they trade a few punches, with Rain getting the upper hand. Rain ducks a forearm then hurls Terra up and hooks his arms for what looks to be a mix between a Razor's Edge and a powerbomb. But Terra gets out of it and lands behind Rain, arms still hooked. They get in a back slide.... Terra slides him over. 1..2 Rain kicks out!]

Jerry Lawler - Terra is back in this thing now!

Heenan - Yeah but Rain kicked out so its not over yet!

[Rain and Terra are now locked up, Terra grabs the back of Rain and picks him up for a stomach crusher. As Rain goes down, Terra grabs the arms of Rain and stands on his back. A standing surfboard. Rain screams in pain and the fans are silent. Rain is able to shake loose somehow, Rain gets up and Terra locks up with him again, Rain sends Terra to the ropes and Terra comes back with a flying bodypress knocking Rain over.]

JR - This is getting interesting.

[Rain gets back up and he shoves Terra, Terra comes back with a right hand, the two are now slugging it out. The referee seperates the two with a warning of closed fist. The two then lock up again, with Rain sneaking behind Terra and taking him over with an atomic drop. Terra goes down, Rain goes near him to pick him up but Terra kicks him off, then jumps foward, and rolls Rain up into a cradle, Rain quickly escapes, the two get up and meet each other on their feet. They start slugging it out again, Terra ducks a clothesline then grabs the neck of Rain and drops him down with a neckbreaker. Rain slowly gets up holding his neck, Terra then takes him down once again with a dropkick.]

Heenan - Well now Terra is definately in control.

[Rain gets up and pokes Terra in the eye. Terra stumbles back then hits Rain with a right hand. He then pratically runs over Rain. Rain gets up, and gets hit with Terra's super kick. Rain goes down. Terra goes for the pin. 1..2..3!]

Fink - And your winner, Terra!

JR - I knew he'd come out the winner.

Winner: Terra

Owen Hart and Double H vs. Vinny “the Chin” Esposito and Thunder

Heenan: Well… IT’S MAIN EVENT TIME! WOOOO!

Ross: And what a main event we have tonight. Thunder and Vinny take on Owen Hart and Double H! Can you believe that!? Double H and Owen Hart on a TEAM.

King: I know… I’m losing more and more respect for Owen as the days go by.

Heenan: What!? You can’t lose respect for a main that enjoyed a six month reign as the World Champion!

King: Watch me…

Ross: I think we’ll get this one started.

Fink: Introducing first, weighting in at 255 pounds, fighting out of Brooklyn, York… Vinny “the Chin” Esposito!

[“The Italian Mix” hits in the arena. The fans immediately boo. Vinny steps out onto the stage with a smile on his face, enjoying the boos. Vinny walks down the ramp pointing at himself with his thumbs mouthing the words “Looking out for number one.” He climbs the ring steps and enters through the ropes.]

Fink: And his partner, weighing in at 260 pounds, from Boston, Massachusetts… Thunder!

[“Welcome to the Jungle” hits. The fans boo Thunder as well. He steps out onto the stage with the World title slung over his shoulder. Thunder walks down the ramp casually and climbs in the ring. He has a seat in the corner Raven style.]

Fink: And now, weighing in at 245 pounds, from Calgary, Alberta, Canada… Owen Hart!

[“Enough is Enough” hits in the arena. The fans pop loudly for Owen who steps out onto the stage with the Hardcore title. Owen eyeballs both men in the ring. He then walks down the ring but doesn’t climb in. He wisely waits for his partner to arrive.]

Fink: And his partner, weighing in at 245 pounds, from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada… Double H!

[“Down With the Sickness – The OC Remix” hits in the arena. Double H steps out onto the stage to a very warm reception from the fans. He walks down to the ring and joins Owen on the outside. They whisper a few things as the bell rings.]

[Vinny steps out onto the apron as Thunder stands and motions for someone to get in the ring. Owen and Double H continue talking over a game plan then nod. Double H begins walking around to their side of the ring while Owen cautiously climbs up onto the apron. He keeps an eye on Thunder who has locked on him. Owen slowly lifts a leg to climb in the ring. Double H slides in and nails Thunder from the side with a tackle. Owen laughs and walks around to their side of the ring.]

Heenan: Look at that! Very smart move by Owen and Double H. That’s why they’re going to win this!

Ross: That was low down and you know it, Heenan.

[Double H begins stomping Thunder wildly. H rolls Thunder onto his stomach and drops a leg across the back of his neck. He then pulls Thunder to his feet by the hair. Double H whips Thunder into the ropes. Thunder ducks a clothesline and bounces off the opposite ropes. He charges back but is stopped in his tracks by a boot to the gut. Thunder doubles over where H drops him with a DDT. Double H tags Owen in. Owen stomps the back of Thunder’s head a few times before picking him up. Owen whips Thunder into the ropes as well and cuts him down with a spinning heel kick. Owen goes for the win. …1 …2 …kickout. Owen stomps on Thunder a few more times. Owen motions for Thunder to get up and waits as he does. When Thunder gets to his feet, Owen lunges with a clothesline. Thunder ducks it and Owen turns around on the back side of Thunder. Vinny grabs Owen from behind and holds his arms. Thunder turns around and smiles devilishly. He takes a cheap shot at Owen with a closed fist. Owen stumbles away still walking around the ropes. He turns back and gets nailed by Vinny with a clothesline from the apron.]

King: Would you look at that team work! Vinny’s getting the job done and he’s not even in the ring.

Ross: Yeah, I think they call that cheating.

[Thunder tags Vinny in who takes advantage of Owen’s state. He puts the boots to him smiling all the while. Vinny drags Owen to the center of the ring and slaps his thigh a few times motioning for the leg drop. Vinny bounces off the ropes and drops a leg across Owen's throat. He then tags in Thunder. Thunder pulls Owen to his feet and executes a double arm DDT also known as the “Wham! Bam! Thank you, ma’am.” He rolls Owen over and hooks the leg. …1 …2 …kickout! Thunder pulls Owen to his feet and throws him into the ropes. Vinny moves over and hits a knee to Owen’s lower back. Owen stumbles back to Thunder who grabs him around the waist and throws him with a belly-to-belly suplex. Unfortunately, Thunder throws Owen into his corner. Double H reaches in and makes the hot tag. He charges in and ducks a clothesline from Thunder. Thunder spins around and takes a hard right hand from H. He stumbles backward but Double H continues with the punches. Thunder rests against the turnbuckle in the corner. H hits a few elbows them monkey flips Thunder over.]

Ross: Double H is getting him some of Thunder!

[H hops up onto the top rope and waits for Thunder to stand. When he does he leaps off and executes a hurricanrana. He goes for the win. …1 …2 …Kickout! Double H picks Thunder up by the hair and sets up for a suplex. His attempt is blocked. He tries again but Thunder blocks it once more. Thunder then reverses it and suplexes Double H to the mat. Thunder allows H to get to his feet then winds up and nails him with a clothesline. He drops an elbow on H then hops up onto the middle turnbuckle. He throws his fists into the air bringing boos from the crowd. Double H gets to his feet and grabs Thunder from behind. He groggily pulls him down and throws a weak punch. Thunder ducks it and grabs Double H in a waist lock. He German suplexes him over and bridges for the pin. …1 …2 …Kickout! Thunder stomps H a few times before tagging Vinny in.]

King: Here comes Vinny! Wooo!

Ross: Near fall there. Let’s hope Double H can get this turned around.

[Vinny enters and laughs as Double H crawls around on the mat. Vinny walks up to H and stomps his hand. Double H rolls over clutching his hand in pain. Vinny kicks the hand away from his chest and stomps it again.]

Ross: What is this?

King: He’s breakin’ ‘is fumbs! He’s breakin’ Double H’s fumbs!

Heenan: This is actually a smart move. Double H won’t be able to grip as well making moves harder to pull off. He can’t suplex Vinny if he can’t grabs a hold of those tights.

[Vinny watches Double H try to get back to his feet and stomps his hand again. Double H finally gets to his feet. Vinny charges at him but H sidesteps him and Vinny flies over the top rope. All the sudden the Slipknot Guy repels down from the ceiling holding a chair. He smashes Double H over the head with it from behind. H goes down where the Slipknot Guy takes a few more shots with the chair. Owen gets in the ring and goes after the Slipknot Guy but just as fast as he appeared, the Slipknot guy disappears. He repels back up to the rafters. The bell rings.

Fink: The winners of this match by DISQUALIFICATION… Owen Hart and Double H!

Winners: Owen Hart and Double H [Disqualification]

Damnit!

[We cut backstage to a lobby area where the CEO is watching the main event on a monitor. He becomes enraged by what he’s just seen. He throws his drink against a nearby wall and begins yelling.]

Mathews: Damnit! Damn the Slipknot Guy! Forget suspending him… he’s… FIRED!

[The Slipknot Guy, in a different mask and all, walks up behind the CEO.]

Slipknot Guy: Why am I fired?

Mathews: What the…

[Mathews turns back to the monitor to see “the Slipknot Guy” repel back to the rafters. He turns back to the Slipknot Guy baffled.]

Mathews: If you’re here then who’s…

[Mathews trails off and the screen slowly fades to black. Copyright information is displayed and the show goes off the air.]
