Incentive Program The day you are accepted as a wrestler, you will begin your tenure in the IWA. We'll keep track of how long you've been in the fed and give you this list of things to look forward to when you reach your two month, four month, and seven month marks. Two Months: Middleweights will be given a shot at the Universal Middleweight title Heavyweights will be given a shot at the Television title Four Months: Middleweights/Heavyweights will be given a shot at the title of their choosing (this EXCLUDES the World title) Seven Months: Middleweights/Heavyweights will be given a shot at the title of their choosing INCLUDING the World title Twelve Months: You will be given the right to demand THREE World title shots whenever you choose Disclaimer: You must keep track of how long you've been with the IWA and give the staff reminders each time you reach one of the above check points. Failure to send the staff an email reminder will result in loss of the incentive reached. We ask that you do this because the staff cannot keep track of EVERYTHING so we need your help. Incentives have a two week expiration date. Once your reached incentive is two weeks old, you've lost that incentive. Upon reaching the twelve month incentive, you must remind us within the two week expiration date as stated above. Once you take your first World title shot, you must take the next one within a one month of the first. Failure to take your second World title shot inside that one month period will result in the loss of your second World title shot. From that date, you have one month to take your third. Failure to take your third will result in the loss of your third World title shot. The staff reserves the right to ignore any incentives reached. Should we feel you've done a poor job, taken an excess of LOAs, or any for any other unlisted reason you will be denied your incentive. |
Match Writer Incentives The people who volunteer to write (and actually DO write) matches will be thanked according to how many matches they write. Each match you write will earn you .25 points. Once a full point has been earned (4 matches), you will receive that point on your roleplay grade for your next match. With roleplays being graded on a 1-10 scale, an extra point will help a lot. Pay-Per-View matches will earn you twice as much. With PPVs being longer than normal cards, you may be asked to write more than one or even two matches on top of roleplaying. Disclaimer: Failing to write a match that's been assigned to you will result in the loss of points scored before that. Failure to warn the staff of a LOA resulting in an unwritten match will still result in a loss of points. Any manipulation of the system will not be tolerated. Penalties for such offenses will vary in regard to the seriousness of the violation. |
Recruiter Incentives Recruiters will be thanked generously for each person they get to join the IWA. One point will be added to the recruiter's RP score for each person that names them on their application. Disclaimer: Points will not be received until the person recruited has remained in the fed for one month. If the person recruited does a poor job of roleplaying, the staff may choose to ignore the points due to the recruiter. Any manipulation of the system will not be tolerated. Violations will be dealt with in an extreme mannor. |
You are allowed only two roleplays per match. You are allowed only three roleplays per pay-per-view match. Show commentators are Bobby "the Brain" Heenan and Jim Ross. Roleplay deadlines are 11:59 p.m. the day before the event. Matches for writers will be sent out early in the week in order to give the writers enough time to write it. |
Banner Request Form Follow this link to find the banner request form. All banners are done by the IWA's own Jeff Hardy. Remember that he does this because he wants to and not because he has to. If you do not get a banner made for your wrestler, don't email me about it. It's Jeff's decision on whether or not he makes you a banner. |
